Michael J. Peters has been fishing since he was just 3 years old! Mike used to primarily fish the ocean and spent many hours on trips for tuna, shallow water rockfish and many other species. He has fished off of the coast of San Diego, and the Channel Islands near Ventura and Santa Barbara. Mike has fished all over the country for trout, in areas like Montana, Utah, Wyoming, Nevada, Minnesota, Oregon for Small Bass and Steelhead as well as the Trinity River in Northern CA for Steelhead. Mike also has experience fishing the Sea of Cortez in Mexico.

In addition to all of his fishing experience, he also attended South Lake Tahoe Guide School and received professional training in the sport of fishing, which he loves so much.
